Guess what today is...no, it's not my birthday; it's National Eat Your Vegetables Day! I hope you're celebrating and planning on adding more and more veggies to your diet.
How about an artichoke, asparagus, or beans? Eating more broccoli will help you fit into those jeans!
Chickpeas, green beans, lentils, and peas! Start them off young so your kids will say "more please!"
Brussel sprouts, cabbage, and kohlrabi...Cruciferous is vital to keep you quite healthy!
Beet greens, collard greens, mustard greens, and kale...you're gonna want a lot of these so be sure to bring a pail!
Carrots, rhubarb, radish, and potato...but let's be honest, the best of all is a home-grown tomato!! (yes, I'm aware that a tomato is a fruit)
I could go on but all these veggies are not going to eat themselves...who's in?
